How to Share Event Pictures with Family

Learn how to manage permissions and share your Viewlyt event photos with family members and friends.

Permission Levels

👑

Owner

Full access: can view, select, download, and manage permissions

🤝

Collaborator

Can view, select, and download photos, but cannot manage permissions

👁️

Viewer

Can only view photos, no selection or download capabilities

Sharing Steps

Open Viewlyt Mobile App

Launch the Viewlyt app on your Android or iOS device.

Make sure you are logged in with your account that has access to the event photos.

Navigate to Event Photos

Go to the event photos section where your images are displayed.

You can find this in the main gallery or events tab of the app.

Find the Info Icon

Look for the information (i) icon above the event photos.

This icon is typically located in the top-right corner of the event photos screen.

Tap the Info Icon

Tap on the info icon to open the event information panel.

This will open a side panel or new screen with event details and settings.

Open the Information Tab

Navigate to the Information tab within the event details.

This tab contains sharing settings, permissions, and member management options.

View Current Members

See the list of people who currently have access to the event photos.

This shows all family members, friends, or other guests who can view the photos.

Add New Members

Tap Add Member or Invite People to share with new family members.

You can add people by phone number, email, or by selecting from your contacts.

Set Permission Levels

Choose permission level: Owner, Collaborator, or Viewer.

Owner has full access, Collaborator can select/download, Viewer can only view.

Update Existing Permissions

Modify permissions for current members if needed.

You can change access levels or remove access for specific people.
