Questions photographers ask
Do guests need to install an app?
Not to register. They scan the QR, enter their phone number and the code they get, and take a selfie, all in the browser. To see and download their photos they use the free Viewlyt app on iPhone or Android.
How long do the photos stay online?
You choose when you create the project: 1, 3, 5 or 7 years. You pay once for that time. There is no monthly fee.
What if the internet at the venue is slow?
Studio uploads in the background and picks up where it stopped if the connection drops. You can also let it finish at home.
Can clients download everything?
Only if you allow it. For each wedding you can limit downloads, set how many photos they can download, and allow or block screenshots.
Does one selfie find every photo of a guest?
It finds the photos where their face is clear. A heavy veil, very low light or a face turned away can be missed. A guest who wants the full gallery can request access, and you decide.
Will older relatives manage?
If they can open a WhatsApp link, they can do this. Scan or tap, enter their number and the code, take a selfie. Nothing to set up.
