How Customers Can Select Images
Learn how to access your event photos through the Viewlyt mobile app and select your favorite images.
Download Viewlyt Mobile App
Download and install the Viewlyt app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for "Viewlyt" in your app store and download the official app.
Customer Login
Open the app and log in using your phone number or email address.
Enter your registered phone number or email. You'll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) for verification.
OTP Verification
Enter the OTP sent to your phone or email to complete login.
The OTP is valid for 5 minutes. If you don't receive it, you can request a new one.
Access Your Event Photos
Once logged in, you'll see your event photos on the home screen.
All photos from your events will be displayed in a beautiful gallery view.
Open Image Gallery View
Tap on any image to open it in full-screen gallery view.
Swipe left or right to navigate through all photos in your event.
Select or Reject Images
At the bottom of the screen, use the Select and Reject buttons to choose your preferred photos.
Green "Select" button for photos you love, red "Reject" button for photos you don't want.
Review Your Selections
Photos you select or reject will automatically move to respective folders.
Selected photos go to "Selected" folder and rejected photos go to "Rejected" folder. You can review and change selections anytime before the photographer's deadline.
Important Notes
- • You can change your selections multiple times before the photographer deadline
- • Selected photos will be marked for your final album or download
- • If you have any issues with the app, contact your photographer or Viewlyt support
- • Make sure you have a stable internet connection for the best experience
